Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 To register and maintain an Account on boss56, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by statute applicable to the individual end user.
• You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed on the Platform or on any related platform operated by the Company or its licensing partners.
• You must not be employed by or related to an employee of boss56, its parent company, subsidiaries, or affiliated game-content providers in a role that could give rise to a conflict of interest with respect to wagering activity.

2.2 The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within seven (7) calendar days of a formal request may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual natural person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Company will close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit all Bonus Funds, and may withhold winnings pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide true, complete, and accurate personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and preferred contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate registration data provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify boss56 Support immediately via live chat or email.

3.4 KYC Verification. Boss56 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to complete identity verification before processing your first withdrawal, and at any other time the Company's compliance team deems it necessary. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or a valid passport. The Company may also request proof of address or proof of payment method ownership.

3.5 Account Dormancy. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. The Company reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant Account balances after written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after dormancy notification may be closed at the Company's discretion.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Boss56 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any given time based on operational or technical factors.

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amounts. The minimum deposit amounts are as follows:

• Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP): Rp 50.000
• E-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Rp 20.000

There is no maximum deposit limit for standard Account holders, subject to applicable AML compliance checks on transactions of a higher value.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the following timeframes, measured from the moment the request is approved by our payments team:

• Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): 15 minutes to 2 hours during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB).
• Bank transfers outside banking hours or on Indonesian public holidays: up to 24 hours.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay): typically under 30 minutes at any time of day.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• KYC identity verification must have been completed successfully.
• The Player must have wagered at least one (1) time the value of their most recent deposit using real-money funds (not Bonus Funds) before a withdrawal of deposited funds is permitted.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit originated, to the extent technically feasible.
• Any outstanding wagering requi rements attached to active Bonus Funds must be completed, or Bonus Funds forfeited, before a withdrawal of the real-money balance is processed.

4.5 Fraud Prevention. The Company employs automated and manual transaction monitoring to detect fraudulent, suspicious, or money-laundering activity. The Company reserves the right to delay, suspend, or permanently block any withdrawal where reasonable grounds for concern exist, and to report such activity to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. From time to time, boss56 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free-bet awards, and seasonal promotions (including those tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August). All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this Section and in the specific promotion notice.

5.2 Standard Wagering Requirement. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds awarded on boss56 carry a minimum wagering requirement of 30× (thirty times) the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus — or winnings derived from it — may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates are as follows:

• Slot gacor titles and crash games (e.g., Aviator): 100%
• Togel draws and arcade games: 50%
• Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo): 10%
• Sports betting markets (bandar bola — traditional Indonesian football agency-style markets, mix parlay accumulators, single-match 1X2): 100%

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated free bets expire fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of credit, unless the specific promotion states a different validity period. Any unplayed Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress are forfeited upon expiry.

5.5 Abuse and Misuse. The Company reserves the right to void, forfeit, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, bonus abuse patterns (including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee bonus conversion), or in breach of any other condition in this Section. The Company's determination on bonus matters is final.

5.6 Modifications. Boss56 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with notice posted on the Platform. Amendments do not retroactively affect bonuses already credited and actively in progress.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: irregular betting patterns, suspected match-fixing, obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or where accepting the wager would expose the Company to undue financial risk.

6.2 Void Markets. A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Account balance in circumstances including: event cancellation, postponement beyond the applicable settlement window, walkover, or insufficient match duration in the case of team-sport events.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and game type. Current limits are displayed within each market or game interface. The Company may apply individualized stake limits to specific Accounts where betting patterns warrant a risk-management response.

6.4 Settlement. All sporting event markets are settled using official results as published by the governing body of the relevant competition. In the event of ambiguity, the Company's trading team will apply the settlement rules most consistent with industry-standard practice. For Casino Games using certified RNG technology, game outcome records maintained by the game server constitute conclusive evidence of the result.

6.5 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a Casino Game round, the game will resume from the point of interruption upon your next login, provided the game session has not expired. The Company is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues that are outside its direct control.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the boss56 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading registration information, including false identity, age, or address.
• Opening more than one Account on the Platform (see Section 3.1).
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes on the Platform for financial gain.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with Casino Games.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in any multi-player game format.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of a Sporting Event.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including opening multiple Accounts or coordinating with third parties to exploit promotional offers.
• Charging back or reversing any payment transaction made to fund your Account without the Company's prior written consent.

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, boss56, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Your access to or use of the Platform, or your inability to access the Platform.
• Any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operation or transmission of data.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or data.
• Any losses arising from wagers placed on the Platform in the normal course of gambling.
• Any failure or delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, or GoPay.

8.2 In all cases, the maximum aggregate liability of boss56 to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant incident occurred.

9.1 All content on the boss56 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, software, source code, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of boss56 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft), and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the Company's express prior written consent.

10.1 The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data are governed by boss56's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.

10.2 Boss56 processes your personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and (where you have provided consent) marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to unauthorized third parties.

11.1 By the Company. Boss56 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, completion of a self-exclusion request, regulatory requirement, or commercial decision. Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived therefrom may be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to applicable compliance checks.

11.2 By the Player. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting boss56 Support via live chat or the support email address provided on the Platform. Closure requests are processed within three (3) business days. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will continue to be processed in the normal course.

11.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming purposes may submit a self-exclusion request at any time. Details of the self-exclusion process are set out on the Responsible Gaming page. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed before they expire.

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which boss56 holds its international online gaming license. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any wager placed thereon.

12.2 Nothing in this Section prevents boss56 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where the Company's intellectual property or financial interests are at immediate risk of irreparable harm.

12.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

13.1 Boss56 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email to the address on file, with a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material clarifications may be updated without advance notice.

13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.2 before the amendment takes effect.
